Prices from April onwards have been reduced as follows, owing to the current economic slowdown

Reservations made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the property rental and must be received within 7 days of the provisional booking. The balance will then be required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival require full payment of the property rental & must be received within 7 days of the final booking confirmation being sent.
Refundable breakage deposit = £100 on arrrival.
